Guarantee
KETL proudly warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the original date of retail purchase by the consumer. This limited warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the original product, at the option of KETL, and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the KETL product and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to KETL products purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor. In no event shall KETL be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise with respect to this products except as set forth herein. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights and other rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, modification, abuse, normal wear and tear, or anything other than normal use.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THESE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Crash Replacement
Within 90 days of purchase: if you damage your KETL MTN product in a crash we will repair for a nominal charge or offer you a 50% discount off retail on a replacement product at our discretion. Proof of purchase required.

What to Do
If you have a rare product that might qualify under the warranty policy, please contact us at info@ketlmtn.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will collect your information, and give you instructions on where to send your item. Returns which arrive at any of our facilities without an RA# will be refused. Guarantees are processed through our Support Team and make take up to 14 business days to complete.

What is and isn’t Covered in the Warranty Policy?
Defects in materials or workmanship are covered and must be assessed by KETL MTN. Material refers to zippers, buckles, and fabrics. Workmanship refers to seams, seam tape, and construction. Damage due to wear and tears such as rips, tears, abrasion, UV degradation, misuse, or neglect is not covered under our warranty policy but may be repairable for a fee.

Returns
The KETL MTN guarantee does not extend to basic returns. Best practices include your item must be in new condition, with tags, not worn or washed. We recommend storing them in their original bags while you decide to keep or return them. Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product in order to receive the required service.
