The idea for a KETL Treasure Hunt spawned one night while Jeff was meticulously grooming his pet miniature pony. He wanted to bring joy and adventure to people across the globe in the same way his pony brought him joy. After seeing the incredible response from the KETL community after launching Edition One of the treasure hunt as well as the special Down Under Edition, we knew we had to come back with something even bigger and better for Edition Two. Edition 1 of the KETL Treasure Hunt was wild. We stashed gear in some of the most beautiful and rugged places in the West, and you guys showed up. From remote deserts to alpine lakes, a handful of legends tracked down the treasure. One guy even got stuck overnight on Santa Cruz Island after missing the last boat back. (He’s fine. He’s also a hero now.) This was never just about free gear. It’s about chasing adventure, exploring new places, and finding something unexpected along the way. Edition 2 drops in August. More states. More challenging. More chaos. More legends in the making!
