Our philosophy is rooted in a simple yet powerful idea: buy less, but buy better. Every product has an environmental footprint, regardless of how 'sustainable' its materials or processes may be. Our goal is to minimize that impact by creating apparel that stands the test of time, so you can keep and enjoy your favorite pieces for years to come.
Lifetime Repairs
The longer your gear stays in use, the better. That’s why we offer free repairs for as long as you own your KETL gear. Rips, tears, busted seams. If we can fix it, we will.
Why do we do this? Because we believe sustainability starts with buying less and keeping your gear longer. Fewer quality pieces that last means less waste and less strain on the planet (and your wallet).
Some gear eventually earns its retirement, however. Free repairs don’t mean free replacements when something is worn out, but we’ll review anything beyond repair case by case and see what we can offer toward a replacement with a courtesy discount.
Our goal is simple: help you buy less and keep the gear you love going for as long as possible. Repairing what we can means less waste and more adventures with the same trusty gear.
