‘ello,
Holy cow the summer flew by, but damn was it fun! The culmination of our summer was spent in Breckenridge, CO where several of us competed in the BreckEpic, a grueling 6-day MTB stage race high up in the Rocky Mountains…and no, it wasn’t actually hell, but it hurt. A lot. But, more on that below.
Here are the haps with KETL.
What we are working on.
Well, as you might have noticed we are pretty low on inventory across our catalog. This hurts us as much as it hurts you, trust me. But, we are working on improving this. Like many good things in life and business, it just takes time. Making high-quality garments doesn’t happen overnight, and as we have come to find out, re-ordering those garments doesn’t either. Long story short, we are improving our ordering processes so we ideally avoid massive stock-outs in the future. For now, continue to seek life-altering, glass-shattering, butt-puckering, good times and we’ll be sure to clothe you while you do. :)
What we are up to.
As mentioned above, the BreckEpic. Many of us spent our summer training (or at least kind of training - beer tastes good, I’m sorry) for this 6-day MTB stage race. Not only was each day long with a ton of brutal climbing and smile-inducing descents, but it was all above 9,000 ft in elevation. When I say each day was long and hard I mean it. On average we rode 40 miles and climbed 4,500’ of vert. No one in our group puked, but I may have shat my pants. 😖
Besides just riding the bike, we also spent a few days backpacking, fly fishing, and a touch of kayaking. Breckenridge is paradise in my eyes…
