BodBrella Rain Jacket

The BodBrella rain jacket is awesome! It’s lightweight and breathable enough to wear in the Florida heat rain, and it’s also windproof and waterproof enough to wear on our vacation to the PNW! And, it’s packable enough to fit in a jeans pocket! And even more awesome, the feel is so soft and smooth without the tiniest bit of crinkle! Again, it awesome!

Loving my new rain jacket. I am very impressed with the quality, light weight, breathability, and comfort. This is my first time purchasing KETL products (also bought 2 of their pants and two long sleeve ultra lightweight UV tops, which look great, are incredibly breathable, and dry super quick. I will definitely be buying more. Fantastic products.

Very lightweight but material doesn’t feel very breathable around arms. Does the job.

Took this jacket on a trip to Chicago recently and it rained quite a bit, but kept my upper torso completely dry. Very comfortable, lightweight and packable. Definitely an item that will be coming with me on future trips. This jacket does have a lot of non-stitched/glued seems, so we shall see how it holds up over time, but for now it's a great rain jacket.

Amazing jacket! Super lightweight and kept me dry through my kiddo's rainy soccer game. I'm about 5'10" and 140 lbs and the small fits really well.

Jacket is incredibly comfortable and fits well. Breathes well on long rides and keeps you dry when the rain comes along.

Honest review: I had never spent more than $50 on a raincoat and hated them all. They all fit like they’re 1/2 size off. They didn’t actually keep me dry when it rained hard, and they made me sweat after 10 minutes of being zipped up. So, I bit the bullet and decided I was done going cheap. I bought the BodBrella.

First impression: I liked the blue color. I was surprised the medium size fit me so well (I’m 5’ 8” and 170 lbs) The material felt like it might be too thin/flexible to be rain resistant (so far it’s been great), and I didn’t know if I liked how the bottom of the jacket hugged me instead of draping like my last coat (by the 3rd wear I sorta like the change). The wrists fit great without Velcro straps. The hood fits well pulled up and doesn’t feel too heavy or awkward down. I would appreciate an interior pocket for my phone, but the chest pocket does the trick.

Long story short, 10/10 recommend. I’m trying to talk my wife into getting one!

Packable, lightweight jacket that keeps the rain out.

I love my recent purchase of the Bodbrella. First it has a really cool look. It also fits really well.
It also so lightweight and packs down to take up almost no room in a daypack.
I think this rain jacket is worth every penny.

Fit great

I bought the Bodbrella rain jacket for a trip to New York and it was great for the periodic rain. It packed into my bag perfectly when I wasn’t wearing it and was super convenient for travel.

I also used it on a rainy bike ride and found it breathed really well with the pockets open. The only issue I had was with the built-in packable tether. When the sun came out, I packed the jacket into its pocket and secured it to my CamelBak, but during the ride the tether broke and I lost the jacket somewhere along the trail.

I ended up backtracking almost 10 miles to find it in the street. Thankfully the jacket itself held up perfectly aside from the broken tether.

I have been hunting for a light weight rain jacket for a long time and this coat certainly has checked all the boxes. So far it’s been great. Per other reviews I did find that sizing up was a good idea.

I held off on writing a review of the BodBrella until after I had a chance to actually use it, and this is one that you're going to want to pick up! First of all the packability of it is great. I love being able to pack it down and throw it into my backpack or sling. I've used it in light rain and on a boat, and in both situations I stayed completely dry while not feeling like I was wearing a plastic bag. Being 6'7" I was worried about the sizing but the sleeves and the length both were perfect on the 3XL while leaving enough body space for me to be able to layer underneath it.

I have been using the OR Helium rain jacket for the longest time. My most recent one finally gave out, so I figured I would give something else a try. This jacket feels much more beatable to me with the small cutouts. So far really enjoying it.

Fits well and is lightweight and comfortable. Haven't been able to properly test it in rain yet, but plan to update my review when I can.
