Not your typical MTB pant.

The Skid Mark MTB Pant was designed by mountain bikers who were tired of compromise. We wanted a pant that climbs, descends, and survives all-day epics without feeling heavy or restrictive, so we built it. The result is a pant that is lightweight, insanely durable (thanks Cordura rip-stop), super stretchy, and water resistant that moves with you on every switchback and jump line.

The progressive fit is dialed for riding, slim enough to avoid saddle snags yet roomy enough for knee pads. The high rise back with grippy waistband keeps you covered no matter how far you get off the back, and the built-in belt fine tunes the fit.

Rear facing mesh-lined zippered pockets hold your ride essentials (plus, double as vents if left open), accessory loops give you quick stashing points for your glasses, and ventilation at the crotch, back of the knees, and our infamous “arse steam release tech” keep you cool when the ride gets spicy.

Light, tough, and built for big days on the bike, the Skid Mark MTB Pant is ready for epic trail rides, park laps, dirt jumping and everything in between.

What Customers Are Saying...

Absolutely Perfect Mountain Bike Pants

I was worried these might be warm to ride in but they're actually extremely thin and not hot whatsoever. Super stretchy and feel really comfortable pedaling. And the whole waistband system and pocket setup is excellent. Best mountain bike specific pants I've tried yet.

Super Comfy and Durable

Super comfy and durable. Pockets are in the right spot - this truly is the most important thing for me in regards to riding pants. Nothing is more annoying than pedaling with your phone in the wrong spot.

So Good I Ordered 3 More

Ordered a set of these and they were so good I ordered 3 more. Best MTB pants out right now, very breathable and versatile. They wont heat up like Dharcos or other DH pants and the construction is much better than a Fox pant also, while being as breathable as the lightest of their options. 10/10!!

Love the pants! Not your typical first adventure

Love the pants! Not your typical first adventure, I wore them to the Peach Bowl semi-final FBS football game. They were perfect for tailgating, walking, sitting and cheering. I’m sure they’ll handle the trails with ease.

Tough and perfect for the job!

As soon as I had tried on my first pair of skid mark shorts last august(2024) I immediately emailed the team at Ketl for the anticipated arrival date of a possible pant and was told that it was somewhere in the works. The day that I saw that the pants were available they were on order and immediately put to the test a week later at a pair of bike park accidents. With 2 accidents on rocks and logs, the pants show no sign of damage. Both my helmet, Jersey and pride were toast but the pants held up with obvious signs of impact noted from smudges and transfers from the trail. If another color becomes available, I will strongly consider getting a second pair.

Tall guy approved

I’m 6’5 and a 38” inseam so it’s always hard to find Mtb pants. I was a little skeptical seeing the 31 inch inseam in the sizing but turns out the fit is actually really good. The tapered fit is really nice and keeps the pants from riding up your calves staying in place and staying out of the drivetrain. Breathable and durable materials. First ride was in Hot Springs Arkansas this weekend with highs of 65 and sunny and the pants were not too hot.

Finally!!

Finally! I’ve been waiting for Ketl to release these pants. I used to ride in Zoic pants—they were good, but they didn’t last. I then switched to the Ketl Shenanigan pants and loved how comfortable they were, but I really wanted a more tapered leg for riding. Now that I’ve picked these up, I can honestly say they’re insanely comfortable, and I’m glad I didn’t go with any other option. Ketl nailed it again—I haven’t been disappointed by a single one of their products.

Super comfy pants

Super comfy pants - I have a favorite pair of riding pants that aren't Ketylbut unfortunately Canadian tariffs foced me to look locally. I listen to the WWC podcast often and have a pair of their riding gloves so I decided to try these pants. I am really glad i did, they are probably the most comfortable riding pant I've worn. Super stretchy, great fit and not too thick. I'd say they are going to be my warmer temp set of pants, but I love putting them on and riding in them. They would also be great to chill in but so far I've only ridden in them. Buy them, you will like them. Great fit and waits closure system

Perfectly thought out

Had 2nd ride in these yesterday, can't believe how well thought out the pockets are. Can put everything I'd normally put in a jersey pocket in the two zippered side pockets (including phone) and not feel them AT ALL while pedaling. The venting is brilliant, never got hot even as temps rose. Very high end, worth every penny.

Awesome pants

Awesome pants. Comfy, durable so far (3 rides), and the pockets are practical and in good locations. Feels like these should be a benchmark for the industry. They've worked well for me in temps of 35° - 50°F so far, though to be fair, I run warm. I'm 5'9", #165, the medium fits great.

Skid mark shorts big brother

Love the shorts, now love the pants!

Little tight around the calves and won’t wear them hiking but these are my new riding pants for cool temps.

Waiting for more colors.

NO NOTES! Perfecto! 💯 👍🏼👍🏼 Nailed 'em!

NO NOTES! Perfecto! 💯 👍🏼👍🏼 Nailed 'em!

Worked great in ~40-degrees (and warming to ~60-deg on the day's ride) with bib liner. I could use them with a leg warmer or merino base underneath if it was colder.

Creek crossings with splashes were fine and water repelled as it should and dried fast.

This MTB pant is the best one I've tried.

This MTB pant has the best combination of fit, comfort, durability and features that I have found. I consider myself somewhat of an MTB pant connoisseur, and have tried more than half a dozen types from various brands. For a trail/enduro pant, it doesn't get better than this. I'd even say it's light and breathable enough for big pedal days on the XC bike given the temperature isn't too hot.
