Wash / Care Instructions
Wash cold on gentle and air dry. If using a dryer, do not use heat to keep your Merino gear dialed for countless wears.
We engineered our Merino gear to last and to handle real miles, real sweat, and real outdoor pursuits, but the nature of Merino means high heat dryers and rough wash cycles can shorten its life.

Fantastic Merino Shirt
I traveled with this for a few weeks in a hot, humid environment and just rinsed it out in water a few times to keep it fresh but it never got smelly like a good merino! Fabric is nice and soft.

This hoodie is the real deal! Light weight and breathable while staying soft, odor resistant and sun protecting ive been wearing it non stop and honestly bought a second VF sunhoodie as well as a normal No-Fry
I have to say that I was a little skeptical at first. But after receiving this sun hoodie, I was absolutely impressed. Fit and finish is spot on. I'm 6'1" and the large fit perfectly. It's light enough to feel breezy, but feels durable enough that I'm not going to accidentally rip it. I'm thinking about picking up a 2nd one in a different color I like it so much. Good job Ketl!!
Took the sun hoodie out first time at the Teton crest trail. 40 miles held up good. It frayed a little bit on the arms. You can tell it’s not super durable u can’t go bush whacking in it. Really stylish, comfy, and protects ur skin from the sun. No smell after 5 days of hard use. I didn’t like how big the hood was at first compared to my other sun shirts but I ended up loving it. Great shirt.
Absolute unit of a piece. The range of temperature regulation is absolutely amazing! Rolling up sleeves, buttoning and unbuttoning the collar, hood up or down, and of course merino to top it off. Most recently did the Hardin’s ice field hike in Seward. Started hot and then got to alpine levels. While moving I was always able to adjust my temp on the fly.
Fits great, super comfy and doesnt pickup odors. Love it!
Tested this out on a 4 hour hike in Baja. Didn't get burned, didn't get stinky, and wasn't even too hot!

Great Sun Hoodie. Lived in it for 10+ days on vacation in BiH and Croatia.
The temperature in April moved between 17-18C to 23-25C and I comfortably wore this top with and without a t shirt underneath.
Used it while driving for hours in a vintage car (no AC), sightseeing, light hiking, cycling by the sea, etc. Just leave it hanging outside over night to refresh.
I am about 5’9 (178cm) and 77kg and L is perfect.

Bought this hoodie for an upcoming trip to Havasu Falls. I love it. I’ve got tons of hoodies and this is by far the most comfortable one I own. Actually came back to order a second one, but they’re sold out in my size. When they restock, totally ordering another one.
This feels so relaxing and breathable for every day usage. It keeps the body temperature regulated and is comfortable to wear. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s interested.
I'm 5' 11" 195lbs with an athletic build and the large fits perfect. The hoodie feels soft, thumb holes are great, the hood itself is a good size. It's pretty thin and would be a great base layer but can be worn by itself. It looks amazing. Everything from KETL so far has been great.
Wore this on a 65 degree day and it was breathable and perfectly comfortable.If it were cold I think it would make a great base layer. Sun hoodie fit fine but may run a little big.
Time will tell but so far I love it. Been traveling a few days before we leave for a long trip to SE Asia. I bought this as an adjustable layer in various climates. I love that it does get stinky, can be washed in a sink and drys quickly, and has snaps that can cool you down. My one nitpick is that I was it didn’t have the VF branding in the sleeve. Just keep it simple and elegant.
