The mission with the Skid Mark mountain bike shorts was to nail all the useful features you’d want on the bike, tailored with a mountain bike specific fit and a durable fabric that’s stretchy, comfy and lacks swooshy’ness. We went with a progressive fit that’s not too loose, nor too tight, preventing your shorts from getting caught on your saddle. The length and cut is perfect to cover knee pads while the higher back rise on the waist prevents plumbers crack while seated. Packed with more useful features like two side zipper pockets and two rear zipper pockets, a stretchy waistband with built in belt to dial in the perfect fit, and our not patented at all "arse steam release tech" which is our fancy way of saying we laser cut some holes just below the waistband.

I’ve had these for over a year and they still look new. I’ve had other mtb shirts that costed more that could not hold up as well as these. My only complaint it they seem to have shrunk after many wash/dry cycles. No I didn’t get fat.
Been waiting for these to come in stock. These are same material/design as shenanigan pants (not sure about shenanigan shorts, those are too short for me). But, the new version (different from the pictures) have the insignia in color match and the belt is long enough to tuck back into where it emerges - very nice! I hope they update the Shenanigan pants with the belt buckle - but I already own 4 pairs of those and would hat to have to restock :)
I bought my first pair…wore them once and immediately ordered my second pair. I’ve ridden with other major brand baggies with liners and shells. Nothing is as good as the Ketl Mountain shorts. I’m on a mountain bike 2-3 times a week as a coach and as a rider. These are the best! I even wear them as shorts when not on the bike. The quality and the design are as if your best buddy was an engineer and a clothes designer.
Nice material, seems durable. More pockets than I need. Comfy in warm weather. Once other colors are available, I'm getting more.
Finally. The tall, thin man short that fits properly, b still flexes and moves on tail. AND Doubles as a sharp casual wear short that doesn’t look excessively sporty. Best of all the worlds. Ordering the rest of the colors now.
