The magic is in the near weightless fabric. Our NoFry Sun Shirt weighs in at only 105g in a size medium. 81g for the short sleeve and 118g for the hoodie. The fabric itself comes in at just 79gsm.
The thin, breathable fabric allows the shirts to pack down incredibly small & feel weightless on the body. Ideal for adventure travel or any long day in the sun.
These shirts dry incredibly fast and wick moisture making them perfect for every possible outdoor activity and making it easy to rinse and hang dry when needed.
Topped off with discrete thumb holes on the long sleeve and hoodie versions to keep the sun off your hands and the sleeves in place on windy days.

Fabric Details
Crafted from a unique, high-performance grid-knit poly (79gsm). It’s lightweight, breathable, and quick-drying, with a subtle texture that boosts airflow and comfort.
Soft, stretchy, comfortable and designed for sun-soaked missions when the heat’s on the sun is sharp.
Anti-odor control from HeiQ Mint. The gold standard in the outdoor industry for plant based, effective odor control on performance fabrics.
Because this fabric is intentionally built to feel extremely light and airy, it should be treated with a little more care than heavier fabrics. Avoid direct contact with Velcro, sharp edges, and abrasive surfaces to help prevent snags or pilling.
Garment Weight
105g in size medium. Shockingly light & compact. Weightless on the body & as packable as it gets.
Wash / Care Instructions
To extend the life of this ultralight fabric, wash inside out and avoid washing with Velcro, open zippers, or anything abrasive that could snag or pill the fabric.
You don’t need to baby it, but because NoFry is intentionally built to feel nearly weightless and breathable, it deserves a little more care than heavier fabrics.
Hang dry when you can to help maintain the soft, barely-there feel.

This shirt is incredibly comfortable and light. It runs slightly small so if you’re usually in between sizes I’d go with the bigger size. I’m 6’2 210 and an XL fits perfectly. I usually hike in a sun hoodie but like to have a light tee option to swap out and/or sleep in. This tee ticks all the boxes I need it for.
Really is as thin and breezy as they say. Wore it on a sunny hot Fourth of July in Georgia. Worked better than expected. Only wish they would’ve had a 4th of July sale. Probably would’ve bought a few more.
Absolutely amazing product, I have the no fry long sleeve and short sleeve. Both are so lightweight you feel like you're wearing morning. Keeps the skin cool, cooling effect is increased when the shirt is wet yet still feels featherweight.
I bought 2 of these shirts and been wearing them less than a month just leisurely around the house and they are falling apart. Every day I see loose threads. The shirt is just not high quality or stitchef well and the yarn seems cheaply weaved together. I've attached a picture to show an example but those snags, pulls, and pills are all over the shirt. I really like the feel and fit of the shirt, unfortunately the construction is very poor.
My son who works in a green house and in temps near 100 every day put me on to these shirts. I started with one, now, I own 5. Cool , light weight , I love these shirts.

When I first got the green NoFry I thought it might be good for our upcoming Hawaii vacation. I wore it but the weather wasn’t great and when I got back to Sacramento I thought I’d probably discard it at some point. Then, a couple of weeks ago when the weather got hot, I threw it on. I use it when I bike and it turned out to be perfect. Deflected the sun, air flowed through, and it felt like it was weightless. I’ve purchased two more since.
I always buy them men in my family, the same shirt for Father’s Day. So this year, the ketl ad caught my attention because the kids mountain bike ride scuba dive, play paddle ball hike, and in general outdoor enthusiast all of them thought it was the best shirt they’d ever had and we will be ordering a ton more. Thank you for making a high-quality product my son is wearing it in Greece now to snorkel.

I’ve been n athlete for 50+ years. These are great, feather light, dries fast even in humid weather! I’ll never travel without them. Versatile. Ultra comfortable. I now have 4 shirts (2 short sleeve 2 long). Perfect fit also. Can’t wait to test during cold weather as under-layer.
I bought 1 of these shirts for a sailing trip to Greece. I enjoyed it so much, I ordered 2 more while I was there. This will be my go to shirt for a Colorado summer of fishing, rafting, and sailing.
I live in Louisiana where the temperature is a low of 77 and reaches 95 by noon in the summer. It gets hot when playing pickleball on outside courts. In addition my skin burns after 15 minutes. The NoFry shirt is the answer to my problem. I played an hour this morning and I was well protected from the heat and sun. I wear a women’s size 4 and the men’s XS was a bit large but I believe this helped me dissipate heat. Great job in protecting me from sunburn. I’m going to buy a spare NoFry shirt. Good product! Most colors of the hoodie will be restocked around mid to late August. Sage and Cloud colors aren't due back until the fall though.
