The magic is in the near weightless fabric. Our NoFry Sun Shirt weighs in at only 81g in a size medium. 105g for the long sleeve and 118g for the hoodie. The fabric itself comes in at just 79gsm.
The thin, breathable fabric allows the shirts to pack down incredibly small & feel weightless on the body. Ideal for adventure travel or any long day in the sun.
These shirts dry incredibly fast and wick moisture making them perfect for every possible outdoor activity and making it easy to rinse and hang dry when needed.

Great quality, works as advertised! However, very pricey
After trying several brands of sun shirts I’ll say that KETL has been the most breathable so far. I tried REI and Poncho, which has been good for sun protection but I would get quite sweaty. I wanted to find something that I wouldn’t sweat in as much. I couldn’t find many online reviews but the website photos showing the material allowing light through when pulled away from the skin, had me interested
I crashed my bike while wearing this shirt. I took a corner too hard, tires slipped out with me sliding across the asphalt on my right arm. The shirt came out virtually unscathed with 3 near invisible snags in the fabric, wish I could say the same about my arm. And yes, the shirt is comfortable, lightweight, black is nice because it isn’t see through, it won’t shrink if you don’t put it in the drier. But I still can’t believe how durable it is. You can clearly see where the shirt protected my arm by where the road rash cuts off. I’m sold. MaybeI’ll try long sleeves this time.
People......these are literally the absolute best tech shirts I've ever worn. They are like clouds - super, super light, and dry so fast it's almost unbelievable. And very soft on the skin. I'm not normally a review writer, but I bought 3 of these previously in darker colors, then came back for 2 more in the stone color for hot mid-days. And the price is very reasonable given what some of the "premium" brands charge for them that are nowhere near as good! Buy them.
Lightest- most comfortable shirt I own. My only issue is that the tag in back of the collar sticks to my neck when I start to sweat. It is very annoying. If not for that - this would be a five star review.
