Shenanigan Outdoor Pants (Straight Fit)

Great pants. Very lightweight. Kept me dry on the motorcycle and comfortable at the office. Will get more.

Haven’t really worn them much so far. But the fit is good. I got 30-32 waist, 30 length (my usual), and straight (not slim) fit, which is still fairly form fitting. I am 5’10” tall and 165 lbs. A 31 waist is perfect for me but never available so I have a variety of 30 and 32” waist pants depending on the stretch and style. These are maybe a tiny bit big in the waist but not disappointingly so, and as expected. Same applies to the tomfoolery style as the shenanigans, although the shenanigans have the internal drawstring and adjustable belt that make for a good fit. Only unfortunate aspect is that the built in belt has a fair amount of excess and no belt loop to tuck it into. May have to cut some of it off, so seems like an item for future improvement. And a medium t-shirt fit as expected for my usual size. Wanted a separate pocket for my phone, which the shenanigans has. Seemed a bit of an odd placement, a bit further to the side than expected (almost to the back), but able to sit with my phone in the pocket without a problem (iphone pro max, the big one).

These pants are great for travel or activities like hiking, biking, etc. The regular pockets are deep which keeps the contents secure, and the additional zippered pockets are nice for small things like keys, cash, anything you don't risk losing. I did have to exchange the first pair I got as the sizing was a bit off, the waist was tighter than expected and the inseam was shorter than expected as well. I'd recommend sizing up to be safe, but the returns were quick and painless to get a new pair sent out.

Still a bit warm out for pants so I’ve only tried them on and worn around the house. They are extremely comfy!!
